QUATEST 3’s DC capabilities
- In accordance with QUATEST 3’s Certificate of Business Licence and Decision No. 584/QĐ-TĐC dated March 10th, 2025, issued by STAMEQ, which defines the functions, duties, authority and organizational structure of QUATEST 3.
- As per Decision 609/QĐ-TĐC dated April 12th, 2023, assigning tasks for training in inspection, calibration, testing of measuring instruments and standards.
- Training and consultancy operations are certified in accordance with ISO 9001.
Training session on ISO 45001 at CADIVI
- Professional Experts:
+ QUATEST 3’s team of consultants and trainers hold certifications of Lead Auditor ISO 14001 trained by SPEC, Lead Auditor ISO 9001 trained by BSI, Six Sigma Green Belt trained by FDX, all possess over 10-15 years of practical experience in laboratories and measurement areas of QUATEST 3.
+ Conducting practical training and consulting at leading entities including CADIVI, University of Science, Saigontourist, Tan Cang, Children’s Hospital 1, University ò Medicine and Pharmacy at HCMC; Cho Ray Hospital, Vinmec, etc.
- Facilities:
+ Training being conducted at QUATEST 3 Headquarters (No.49 Pasteur Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) in well-equipped classrooms offering a conductive learning environment.
+ Learners have access to a comprehensive library regularly updated with national and international standards and regulations.
+ For hands-on sessions, participants are transported to QUATEST 3 laboratories for practical experience.

1. Training and implementation guidance for:
- Management systems based on international, national and regional standards, business administration: ISO 900, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 15189, ISO/IEC 17020, IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 27001, SA 800, GMP, HACCP, ISP 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC, ISO 31000, ISO 50001, and Integrated Management.
- Technical tools and solutions to improve quality, productivity and energy saving: 5S practice, Seven Quality Tools (SPC), Cost of Quality (COQ), Kaizen. Total Quality Management (TQM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Key performance indicators (KPI), Material flow cost accounting (MFCA), Quality assurance/control (QA/QC), Balanced scorecard (BSC), Warehouse Management, Lean manufacturing and other tools.
- Greenhouse gas inventory, carbon footprint and technical solutions to serve the goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions, environmental protection and sustainable development under ISO 14064 and ISO 14067.
- Training for management system assessors and productivity/quality specialists.
2. Professional technical training on standards, quality, metrology, testing and technology transfer.

- Virtual training via Zalo for theoretical lessons
2. Training at enterprises upon request (direct of virtual):
- For available training courses (as listed in the annual schedule).
